"Thank you Mark for taking us step by step through the process of selling our property and patiently answering all our questions, honestly and candidly. We were very impressed with the way you organised yourself which made it easy for us to understand and follow the process. You always provided unbiased advice and acted with the highest integrity throughout the process, particularly in the final negotiations, delivering an outcome which was most pleasing to all concerned. Our introduction to Mark was very different to say the least. Mark was canvassing the local area in regards to the potential of having a main gas supply to the homes in our surrounding streets. We got talking to Mark regarding some thoughts we had on targeting a particular buyer for the sale of our home. From our first business meeting, we were both very impressed with Mark. His presentation booklet was not only extensive but also thorough. The potential strategies for future negotiations presented by Mark with the targeted buyer blew us away. How quickly Mark put it all together was amazing- from memory it was 1, maybe 2 days at the most. Our potential sale was both unique and of a very sensitive nature. It required somebody with special negotiating skills. Mark was confident he could succeed and he did not let us down. As we have a very young family, Mark was very flexible with his time and our availability. Mark’s reassuring emails, calls and text messages went above and beyond what you would normally receive and experience with most agents. This communication was not limited to just business hours, they were mostly after hours when we had the ability to stop and think without young children under our feet. Mark is a great listener- we had many, many questions and sometimes we probably asked the same questions over and over. Mark took it in his stride and never batted an eyelid. Mark’s honesty, sincerity and integrity shone through at all times. We feel privileged to refer to Mark as our agent and now a friend. We wouldn’t hesitate to act as a reference for Mark with any of his future or potential clients. Mark, good luck in the future, although you won’t need luck as your business is one of a kind and will succeed on its own merits. You are gaining a great reputation in the local area and we wish you all the best, enjoy the ride!! Nadine and John Bartl Moorebank
