We recently engaged .... Alive Realty to sell my mother’s house. [Alive Realty] provided an honest assessment of the property’s value and formulated a comprehensive strategy to sell the property at its best price.

We were immediately impressed by [Alive Realty's] commitment and professionalism. .... opened the house on several occasions outside of the scheduled days and times and regularly communicated with us about the level of interest that was being generated in the property. We were particularly grateful on one occasion, when we couldn’t attend before an open house inspection, .... ensured the driveway was swept and everything was in order to show the house at its best. 

Prior to the auction, met with us and explained in detail the auction process and answered all the questions we put to [Alive Realty] in a clear and concise way. We have not sold at auction before but [Alive Realty's] advice and tips helped settle the nerves and prepared us for the big day!

On the day of the auction everything was handled in an extremely professional manner and we were very impressed with how [Alive Realty] interacted with the potential buyers during the course of the bidding. We were also impressed with the auctioneer whom [Alive Realty] had recommended to us during our early discussions.

Suffice to say we were very happy with the result achieved and it goes without saying we would highly recommend .... Alive Realty if you are looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, experienced, honest and who genuinely cares......
