We recently engaged .... Alive Realty to sell my mother’s house. [Alive Realty] provided an honest assessment of the property’s value and formulated a comprehensive strategy to sell the property at its best price.
We were immediately impressed by [Alive Realty's] commitment and professionalism. .... opened the house on several occasions outside of the scheduled days and times and regularly communicated with us about the level of interest that was being generated in the property. We were particularly grateful on one occasion, when we couldn’t attend before an open house inspection, .... ensured the driveway was swept and everything was in order to show the house at its best.
